Literally Bursting With Newness

There is a week each Spring when the new stock starts, not so much to arrive steadily but, suddenly seems rather to drown us. This is that very week and when presented with a wall of boxes to unpack we decided instead to take to the beach and jump around in some of it.

Admittedly we chose the brightest, most bonkers items we could find but we expect nothing less from mega brand Essentiel Antwerp, a riot of print and colour.

As this Spring begins so does my desire to shop for new pieces to brighten and refresh my wardrobe and I don't think that this year I am alone. As ever I champion buying less but better and for me (this week) it is the 'Power Kimono' from Essentiel and the 'Gisoft Gilet' from 'S MaxMara (pound per wear it will not owe you a penny).

20 YEARS OF SHOP LIFE

As February is associated with love and Valentines it seemed 'fitting' that our resident artist Louisa Marcq should 'linger' in our lingerie department to capture all things underwear in her project to document what it is that makes shop life at Collen & Clare so special. This one makes me smile hugely (eyes to the left).

Loving the way this project is unfolding, bring on 20 Years of Shop Life, the masterpiece.
