General

As a small business we cannot offer free returns and ask that you send back any unwanted items in the condition you received them in with all labels attached. We recommend you use a tracked delivery service and ask that items be returned within 14 days to the following address:

We love helping put together items and making sure they fit. We are on hand 7 days a week in the shop to share our expert advice. Please do not hesitate to call us on 01502 724823 and ask anything you like.

Shipping

All UK orders over £100 will automatically be shipped for free. Any orders below £100 in the UK will be charged £5.95 for post and (rather smart) packing. Periodically we offer a free postage weekend, the easiest way to hear about these is to join our mailing list.

We ship all UK parcels using DHL and for international orders we ship using DHL Go Green.

Regrettably, as a small business, we cannot provide free returns due to the associated cost implications. However we strive to simplify the return process, making it as convenient as possible for you to send back your items.

We aim to process all refunds within 1-3 working days of receiving the return back in our warehouse. You will then be notified once your refund has been processed. If for some reason there is a slight delay with your return, we will let you know beforehand.
