Our friend Emma Paton popped in last week to peruse our Spring collections and whilst well known for her love of dresses the weather demanded some additional layers as we attempted a photoshoot in wind and snow.
We were offered shelter at our favourite cafe Le Roc and also invited into the wonderful world of boat building at Harbour Marine Services (should you need a boat built just for you look no further).
Aside from food, coffee and boats the fashion conversation landed clearly on two brands, our first season with arguably the latest French favourite Idano and the collaborations making Barbour rather cool, House of Hackney coats and dresses and the latest quilts from Alexa Chung.
Whilst the sun has re-appeared the need for layers clearly remains.
