We are often told that a parcel with Collen & Clare ribbon under the tree generates excitement in even the most grown up of grown ups.

Let us help with the picking, wrapping and delivery of presents this year. We can help you pick as many presents as you need, or perhaps it is just one, it really does not matter.

We will wrap and write, in our best handwriting, your message to the recipient on our bespoke gift tag.

We will parcel up the present or presents in one of our signature mailing boxes, add the address provided by you and we will take care of the delivery, no Post Office queuing for you.

How does it work:

1. Please just email online@collenandclare.com or call the store 01502 507947 between 9am and 5pm Mon-Fri.

2. We can schedule a call and walk you around the store or you can pre-select from the website and we can just put it all together. All we will need is a conversation with you and your message for each recipient and we will complete the gift tags.

3. We can of course send parcels to more than one address, for each separate address we request a minimum £50 spend, how this is split across parcels does not matter at all (one parcel could have a pair of socks and the other a jumper for example).

4. We will include Gift Receipts for each parcel and items can be returned or exchanged up to and including January 9th.

5. The last day that we can despatch orders will be noon on Tuesday 20st December for UK delivery. We can ship to other countries but this will incur a delivery charge that we would agree with you before sending and the cut off date will be much earlier and country specific. If you wish the parcel(s) to be despatched on a specific date we can make that happen too.
