Winter can be so cruel to your skin: wet, bitter winds; dry indoor heating; dehydrating beverages and lack of sunlight. This box contains a monthly 3-day detox treatment to deep cleanse, hydrate and then regenerate your skin. It has been carefully designed to last you for a year.


Vt/01 500ml Organic Chamomile Floral Water Cleanser: Subtly and lightly scented with organic essential oils (1% vetiver and citrus), this will deeply cleanse and purify the skin; removing dead cells and stimulating the epidermis.

Vt/01 250ml Intense Hydrating Gel: an aloe and seaweed gel with added glycerin from coconut oil (2%) together with (1%) organic essential oils. This corrects dryness, reduces cracks and seals in moisture to allow a deep hydration for hours after application. Most importantly it prompts skin renewal and works after 2 days application.

Also included is a walnut lidded jar with organic cotton wipes.

Directions:

For an effective detox programme, apply morning and night for 3 days. Repeat monthly to keep skin hydrated.

Application: Shake the bottle of Vt/01 Floral Water and then pour generously onto an organic cotton wipe provided. Use upward strokes from your chin to your eyes. Rub hard on to open pores and blackheads. Avoid inflamed or cracked skin. Safe to use around your eyes but immediately wash with warm water if eye contact occurs.

Next pump 2 squirts of the Vt/01 Hydrating Gel onto two fingers and gently massage into your skin with little circles, again moving from the chin upwards. Leave the gel on. Initially you might feel your skin warming and reddening as this is the astringent quality of the essential oils but this should pass within 10 minutes. If it feels uncomfortable after these 10 minutes, wash the product off and we are happy to refund. For ingredients and allergens, please see the bottle label before applying.

The Detox Box is part of the Limited Lab Editions created by Loggique, a scent-house sited in a Suffolk medieval hunting lodge. The name derives from the original medieval word for this type of building, a logge. Only 50 boxes are created for every edition and each is signed/stamped by the perfumer.

Ingredients:

Vt/01 500ml Organic Chamomile Floral Water Cleanser 99% of this product is organic chamomile floral water which contains no alcohol or preservatives. The extra is 1% essential oils (therapeutic vetiver and citrus) which act as natural gentle astringents. Ingredients: aqua, glycerin, oils.Allergens: limonene and linalool.

Vt/01 250ml Intense Hydrating Gel: a 100% natural aloe and seaweed gel with 2% added glycerin from coconut oil together with 1% essential oils. Ingredients: aqua, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, glycerin, hamamelis virginiana water, phenoxyethanol, carbomer, caprylyl glycol, alcohol, sodium hydroxide, tetrasodium EDTA, citric acid, PVP, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, phenylpropanol, laminaria digitata extract, thymus serpillum extract, fucus vesiculosus extract, limonium vulgare stem extract, chondrus crispus extract, oils.
Allergens: limonene and linalool.

We request that you return any unwanted item as soon as possible but within 14 days of placing your order. Please package the item in the returns bag and return it via your local Post Office.

All items must be returned unworn or unused with their original tags, packaging (e.g. shoe box) and proof of payment.  It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all items are packaged securely and proof of postage is obtained. All goods will be inspected upon return and in the unlikely event that an order is sent back in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return it to you.

 

Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of underwear briefs, pierced jewellery, or opened beauty products. Swimwear returns will only be accepted if the hygiene wrapping is still in place. Fragrance, candles and skincare are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

 

You will receive a notification when your item has been refunded. We aim to process all refunds within 5-8 working days.

 

In-store Returns

We accept online returns in store within the 14-day return period. Your order will then be internally returned to our customer care team, and you will be notified by email when your order has been refunded.

 

Faulty or Damaged Goods

For faulty goods, please contact our Customer Care Team at online@collenandclare.com with the details of the fault and your web order number. We are unable to accept items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear as these items are not considered faulty.


International Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery, complete with the duplicate invoice stating your reason for return.


We will be happy to issue a refund (excluding any postage) but unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges for international orders. If you require another size or would like an alternative item, please return the unwanted items and place a new order.

Processing Refunds

We aim to process all refunds within 5-8 working days of receipt. Please be advised during busy periods such as Christmas and sales, this may take longer. 

 

Distance Selling Regulations

Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing your order and receive a full refund. To cancel your order, please contact online@collenandclare.com to obtain a copy of the withdrawal form which will allow us to cancel your order. Once completed, please send this form back to us and if your item has already been dispatched to you, return the item in accordance with the returns policy above.


Gift Vouchers

A gift voucher can be cancelled within 24 hours from the purchase but after this time they are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
