Last Call for Morgan ...

Our Team, Thanks and Tears

I remember writing this time last year that being a shopkeeper had been short on upsides in 2020 and whilst 2021 has been far from an easy ride, as I write this now, I am brimming with pride, thanks and quite a lot of emotion.

Armed with more than 20 negative 'latty flows' (as the youth in the team call them) we were able to enjoy an evening together in Southwold at our favourite haunt, Le Roc in the harbour. Just us, a roaring fire, quite a lot of sequins, wonderful food and wine, it was a magical moment to say thank you to quite a brilliant team.

It is also time to say farewell to my 'wing woman' of 12 years, Morgan. I always knew we would lose her to Cornwall at some point and that time has come. We sent her off in style with a wonderful poem, thank you to our poet Amy, a decent coat (it's wet in Cornwall we hear) and rather a lot of memories. To your next adventure lecturing in fashion and film.
